The jacuzzi was out of order, and it felt like a big disappointment since I was looking forward to using it. The ice machine on our floor was broken, so I had to go to the main floor. Also, the noise from the air conditioning unit at night was a bit disruptive. Overall, a few hiccups, but still a nice stay.

Cleanliness was a major letdown—arrived to a dirty toilet seat and unvacuumed floors with a beer cap right there. The suite showed aging signs, with non-functional USB ports and a mini fridge that didn’t keep things cool. The elevators lacked maintenance too, often dirty. Although towels were clean, they could use more frequent washing for a bit more brightness. even the curtains had noticeable slips in daylight that didn’t scream ‘fresh’.
